NEW DODO-500 is the automatic can body welding machine specially designed to manufacture the metal can body. Adopting the modern electronic technology to completely realize mechanical and electrical integration, which consists of can round forming, welding and coating in a machine.

• With 4G remote access control function, the device for remote troubleshooting and real-time production monitoring
• Equipped with copper-wire profiling roller in ceramic, improve the insulation quality and lower the consumption.
• Equipped with the very durable ceramic unit on the can conveying system to reduce wear out.
• Equipped with the standard mercury lower welding roller, non-mercury welding roller also available as a option.
• Lower welding arm available for both internal powder coating and internal lacquer spraying coating with Nordson pump.
• Induction oven is available for the can line, it is able to save over 90%of energy when comparing to the gas oven.
• Rolling coating or spraying coating is for your option for outside coating.
